CQC inspection: We’re Officially Good! 🟢
We’re delighted to share our latest CQC inspection result – we are officially Good!
Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts with us throughout the year and when CQC visited. It’s encouraging to hear what you think of our practice, and we appreciate you sharing this with the inspectors. The team works hard every day, and it’s great to see that effort recognised.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) makes sure NHS services are safe and give good care. They ask five important questions about GP practices:
- Is it safe?
- Is it effective?
- Is it caring?
- Is it responsive?
- Is it well-run?
Each area is rated 🔴 Inadequate, 🟠 Requires Improvement, 🟢 Good, or ⭐️ Outstanding. These ratings together form the overall score for the practice.
We’re proud to say that in all five areas, we were rated Good 🟢.
