Chaye McCullagh

Pharmacist

Introduction

My role is to ensure safe prescribing, and cost-effective treatments, and ultimately ensure medication safety for patients. I carry out medication reviews, discharge reviews, and many medication optimisations set by the NHS teams to keep up with the ever-changing world. I can advise on minor ailments and assess the need for GP input. I liaise directly with all practice members to aid with their day-to-day tasks on top of my own work schedules. As a Clinical Practice Pharmacist, I have undertaken further training to advance my practice and enable myself to provide the best service to patients whether it’s about their prescriptions or new concerns they may have.
